About
I am a second-year Ph.D. student at Caltech in the Computing + Mathematical Sciences (CMS) Department, where I am advised by Katie Bouman and am in the Computational Cameras group. I am supported by the Kortschak Fellowship. I'm really interested in combining statistical inference techniques with data-driven priors to both validate existing scientific hypotheses and discover new phenomena, particularly in astrophysical imaging.
I previously received my B.S. and M.S. from UC Berkeley, where I was advised by Miki Lustig and Jon Tamir and worked on MRI reconstruction and motion correction. I also did a related internship at Dolby Laboratories where I worked on computer vision and image enhancement.
